Do First Things First

Do first things first and do them now. Putting things off is to defeat your objective and to leave you at the back of the line.

Many things in your life may be clamoring to be done. And all may be important, but nevertheless one thing perhaps deserves priority. Even so, many other things have an influence on the rest. Do first thing first.

Plant the proper seed and as it grows other things of worth will eventually fit into the picture and fill the gap for the rest to follow. Remember, as you sow, so shall you reap. That is the best way to take care of important issues. Do it now and by so doing you will never become swamped with countless things that get out of control.

Have a plan, and work your plan. That is the logical way to get things done and be happy in your work, accomplishments and relationships.

Should your greatest hurdle be your health, do something about it! You may plan well, but in the midst of your plan dis-ease takes the ease out of the things you must do, and disrupts the vital things you need to do. In that case, health restoration becomes the big problem, and the first thing to consider. For recovery, DO NOT rely on aspirins, shots, and other mind and physically altering drugs. At best these things merely numb the pain and leave the vital health problem unchanged. Find the cause of your problem and take care of it now, before you lose your focus and/or function.

See a chiropractor, and begin the natural way to heal ....

Time Is Now

The time in now. What are you doing with it? Are you merely turning a page in your calendar? Are you adding another year to your age? Are you counting the time when you can retire and have nothing to do, or the time when you will be able to take a long, coveted vacation?

Time means many things to many people. some look forward to a time when they can do some desired project like remodeling a work of art that has been dormant in their mind, or even writing that memoir of their life.

Then again you may be a person who frets about wasted time, a person who is punctual, always on time, or perhaps a little ahead of time, are are vexed then others are late for appointments. This conduct throws you off schedule, thus wasting your life and theirs to no good end.

Then there are those who keep putting things off, waiting until tomorrow or some other time and thus getting nowhere. Why are people like that, you wonder? Again, this keeps you worrying about things left undone.

Time is now. Everyone has the same allotted time, no more and no less. Use this time well, use it wisely and you can accomplish much. Waste time and you may never have another chance.

Longfellow said; "Lives of great men all remind us we can make our lives sublime, and departing, leave behind us footprints in the sands of time."

That is true, and makes for a good figure of speech, but how much value have footprints on sand when the first strong wind will blot them out?

Time is precious to creative art. Ideas are the key to accomplishment. Time is now and ideas unused soon become obscure. If you have something worth doing, do it now. Employ time as you should when opportunity knocks. Act on the idea and it is yours from now on. Leave it undone and so it will remain, for that is a low of life. You get but one chance .... that moment will never exist again.

You may protest that ill health is your problem. How can you accomplish the greater things in life when dis-ease has knocked at you door or when a headache is pounding in your head? The spine is also the key to the nervous system which likewise is the key to your health.

Take care of yourself and in due time normal function is restored, thus opening the way to health and more more fulfilling life.

"Fill you mind with forgiveness, faith, and love and you will radiate blessings like the sky above."

Time Marches On

Yes, it is true, time is not with us long. Some say that time marches on, others that it flies by. Regardless of the term employed, time is not here long, it is fleeting. No one can deny this absolute truth. So, if you have things to do, do them now. Put your hand upon the plow and don't look back, to quote the Bible. The time embracing yesterday is gone forever. the time ascribed for tomorrow is not yet here. Do things now. You have nothing to fear unless you procrastinate regarding time which is life, but soon is no more. Whatever you have to do, do it now. Keep on keeping on is a wise thing to do.

Be on your guard. Time is a priceless gift; yours to sow and to reap; yours to use but not to keep.

Do things well, do your best work better. Be certain of yourself, be proud of your chance to win, and time will help you on the way with faith increasing once you begin.

Never give up! There may be hills and mountains to climb. There may be detours to slow you down, but time is yours to use. Use it with a smile, and it will help you mile after mile.

Perhaps you will say that time gave you little chance to win. Ill health has been constantly a hurdle all along the way. What can you do under such circumstances? What are the doing?

Please consider this. Disease is only the absence of ease. Health, like other virtues, comes from within outward when the way is clear for the normal expression of life through the nervous system.

The spinal column is the strength and support of the body. The nervous system consists of the brain and spinal cord plus spinal nerve fibers. This makes the spinal column the distributing center of the entire nervous system. Through this medium is served every function of the body; heart, lungs, stomach, muscles, and the relationships vital in every way.

Time marches on, time becomes life, and time is life in every respect. Be healthy, both in mind and body.
